An apostille is a single certificate, created by the Hague Convention of 5 October 1961, that authenticates a public document so that it is recognised in the other member countries. Between those countries it replaces consular legalization.
Important: Gabon is not currently a party to the Apostille Convention. Gabonese documents going abroad, and foreign documents to be used in Gabon, therefore go through legalization (Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassy or consulate). We help you choose the right procedure.
Our apostille service is mainly for people and companies based in Gabon holding documents issued in France, Belgium, Switzerland, the United States, Canada or another member country that must be recognised in a third member country. Through our international network we obtain the apostille from the competent authority in the issuing country, without you having to travel.
